Where can I dispose of my bulky waste?
Most bulky waste can be disposed of behind your house, on the corner of the street, or in an underground container. It should be deposited on a public through road. If you're unsure where to deposit it, ask a neighbour. If you are staying in a holiday home, ask the property manager.
How do I dispose of pruning waste?
Pruning waste can be disposed of at a waste and recycling station near you. Some municipalities will pick up this type of waste. Call our customer service (Dutch only) to find out if your municipality collects pruning waste.

Where can I dispose of pruning waste?

Where do I dispose of other waste (construction and demolition waste, household chemical waste)?
You can bring all other waste to the waste and recycling station.
Please note: some waste and recycling stations charge a fee, which can only be paid for with a debit card.

How do I report a full waste container?
Contact HVC customer service (Dutch only). Please state the container number and the location.

Why do your customer service representatives only speak Dutch?
We agreed with the municipalities that we would communicate exclusively in Dutch to prevent the incorrect interpretation of industry jargon.
Waste and recycling station rules
Our employees would be happy to assist you. We treat each other with respect and adhere to the following rules:
- The speed limit is 5 km per hour on our sites
- Children aged 13 and younger must stay in the car for their own safety
- Smoking is prohibited on our sites and in our buildings. If you'd like to smoke, please use the designated areas
- Report to the front desk or the designated person or place and follow the instructions
- Bulky waste must be deposited in the designated container; follow the signs with icons on the containers
- All deposited goods must remain at the waste and recycling station
- Undesirable behaviour will not be tolerated. We will not help you and will deny you entrance to the building/site in the behaviour is repeated
- If objects are thrown or things are damaged, the police will be called. You will be charged any associated costs and may be denied access to the premises in the future
- The police will be called in the event of unwanted physical contact and violence. You will be escorted from the premises, a police report will be filed and you will be denied access to the premises
